Phillip spent 18 years at a respected local brokerage specializing in multifamily sales and has been involved in approximately $500 million in apartment investment transactions.
Growing up around his family’s apartment appraisal firm, Phillip gained early exposure to thousands of multifamily valuations across the region. That foundation continues to shape his perspective today - grounded in fundamentals, data-driven insight, and long-term value creation.
A Portland native and graduate of Jesuit High School and Oregon State University, Phillip’s roots run deep in the local real estate community.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching youth sports, hiking throughout the Northwest, and staying closely connected to the apartment market he serves.
